The service
RoboApply helps you find jobs, prepare resumes and cover letters, fill in application forms and practise interviews. It is operated by Not listed.
You submit your applications
RoboApply never submits an application for you. You review what we prepare and you click Submit on the employer's site yourself.
Your account
You must be 16 or older (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher). Keep your sign-in details safe.
Your information must be true
Give accurate information about yourself. Check every resume, letter or answer we help you prepare before you use it: AI output can be wrong, and you are responsible for what you send to an employer.
Acceptable use
No scraping, automated access, reselling, or using the service to mislead employers.
Fit scores and job information
A fit score compares your resume with a posting. It is not your chance of getting hired. Job details come from the sources we name on each job and may change.

Interview questions people share
People can share interview questions they were asked. Share only what you are free to share: nothing covered by a confidentiality agreement, and nothing copied from someone else's work.
If you believe a shared question breaks a confidentiality agreement or your copyright, write to support@roboapply.io and tell us which question and why. We review each complaint and remove what should not be there.
