What we actually do to protect your account and your data. If something here changes, this page changes with it.
Your account
- Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes. We can't read your password.
- Sign-in cookies can't be read by scripts on the page and travel only over encrypted connections.
- When your account signs in from a new browser or device, we email you.
- Sign-in attempts and other sensitive actions are rate-limited.
Your data
- You can download a copy of your data and delete your account from Settings.
- We never send an application, message or form to an employer for you.
- There are no third-party advertising pixels or trackers on RoboApply.
AI processing
- Your resume and job data go only to the AI providers named in the privacy policy. They are never sent to AI services in mainland China.
- Sensitive details such as a photo, birth date, gender or family members are never sent to an AI model.
